"Working with natural media like gourds, I am inspired by what Nature has to offer. By growing our own gourds, I can choose varieties that give me, as an artist the most flexibility of design."

Gourd Art

We grow our own gourds of many different shapes and sizes. We use them to create Bird Houses, Masks, Gourd Vessels, Jewelry, Gourd Baskets and Seasonally Decorated gourds. Some of the techniques we use are pyrography, dying, coiling, cutting, and beading. We can customize gourds for you as well. Check out our Gallery to see a sample of our work.

Fiber Art

Our Fiber Art includes: Hand knitted scarves, wraps, belts, necklaces with beaded pendants and matching earrings. Framed Crazy Collages made of heirloom and other fine fabrics, embellished with beads, buttons and unique trims.

Other Media

Decorated baskets. Framed tobacco bundles, wreaths and twists. Tobacco stick painted santas and bird house ornaments.
Ornamental silver/copper bird feeders and planters.

Our work is always on display and for sale in our gallery in the Awards and Trophy Shop owned by Beverly and Jonathan Scollo in Danville, VA. Check out Jon’s pottery at JonathanScollo.com.
